O que é Tezos?

Any token holder with a sufficient amount of XTZ can become a baker and earn rewards for their contributions. Alternatively, holders with smaller amounts can delegate their staking rights to a baker, allowing them to earn a share of the rewards without running their own node.

When a user initiates a transaction, it is broadcast to the network and included in a block by a baker. This baker then proposes the block to the network, where it is verified and endorsed by other participants. Once the block receives enough endorsements, it is permanently added to the Tezos blockchain, and the transaction is considered complete and irreversible.
